Plain English: what we collect, why, and how to get off our list.

What we collect
Only what you give us: your name, phone number, email, address or ZIP code, and what you tell us about your plumbing, through our contact, sign-up and nomination forms, our phone line, or a Facebook form. Like most websites, our host also keeps basic technical logs (such as IP address and browser type).
How we use it
- To get back to you about the work you asked about, schedule it, and bill for it.
- If you signed up for our emails, to send specials, reminders and news, about once a week. You can unsubscribe any time with the link at the bottom of every email, or by replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE, and we’ll take you off within 10 business days (usually the same day).
- For a nomination, to contact you and, with their agreement, the person you nominated.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information. We only share it with the companies that help us run the business (for example our email, accounting and payment providers) and only so they can do that job, or when the law requires it.
Payments and financing
Card, bank and Affirm payments are handled by our payment processors on their secure pages. We never see or store your full card number.
