About us
A licensed East Tennessee plumber, not a franchise
Plumbing and gas piping, both done in-house, since 2020.
High Level Plumbing is a Tennessee licensed and insured plumbing contractor working out of Morristown and across East Tennessee. We do plumbing and we run the gas piping ourselves rather than subbing it out.
That matters more than it sounds. A tankless heater, a gas range or a new build all need gas as well as plumbing, and every extra company in the mix is another diary to chase and another number to ring when something is not right. With us it is one contractor and one phone number.
What we do
Roughly half our work is service — the water heater that has finally gone, the drain that will not clear, the pipe that has started leaking under the house. The other half is new construction for builders across Hamblen, Jefferson, Grainger and Hawkins counties, priced per fixture with the permit included.
How we are different
Two things, and both are simple. The first is that your call gets answered day or night. Nearly every plumbing company around here closes at five and sends you to voicemail, and you find that out at the worst possible moment. Ring us at any hour and the call is answered, your details are taken, and you get a call back.
The second is that an estimate from us is one firm number. Not a range, not a “starting at”, and not a good-better-best menu designed so the middle option looks sensible.

What you get from us
One number, not a range
Your estimate is a single firm price for the work described. Not a 'starting at', not a low end and a high end, and not three tiers designed to make the middle one look reasonable.
Answered day or night
Call at two in the morning and the call gets answered. We take your details and get straight back to you. Most shops in this area go to voicemail after five and you wait until Monday.
Plumbing and gas, one contractor
Plumbing and gas piping are both done in-house and both licensed. On a job that needs a gas line as well as the plumbing -- a tankless heater, a range, gas logs -- that is one company to call and one company to hold responsible.
One-year warranty, in writing
Our workmanship is warranted for a year and it is written on the paperwork, not just said at the kitchen table.
