A licensed East Tennessee contractor, not a franchise

High Level Services is a Tennessee licensed and insured contractor working out of Morristown and across East Tennessee. We do plumbing, heating and cooling, electrical and gas, and we do all four ourselves rather than subbing three of them out.

That matters more than it sounds. On a remodel, an addition or a new build, the trades have to be scheduled around each other, and every extra company in the mix is another diary to chase and another number to ring when something is not right. With us it is one contractor and one phone number.

What we do

Roughly half our work is service — the water heater that has finally gone, the drain that will not clear, the panel that trips whenever the dryer runs. The other half is new construction for builders across Hamblen, Jefferson, Grainger, Knox, Blount and Sevier counties, priced per fixture with the permit included.

We also do septic, which a lot of shops will not touch, and it is a large part of rural East Tennessee.

How we are different

Two things, and both are simple. The first is that your call gets answered day or night. Nearly every plumbing company around here closes at five and sends you to voicemail, and you find that out at the worst possible moment. Ring us at any hour and the call is answered, your details are taken, and you get a call back.

The second is that an estimate from us is one firm number. Not a range, not a “starting at”, and not a good-better-best menu designed so the middle option looks sensible.
