Had a main line break water more than tripped and since I used them before for something else I used them again. Main line all lines under our old house and new lines inside. Fair price given up front and a good crew, polite and triple checked their work with me. If anyone needs a plumber then give them a call and have them out to check. Ronnie is very professional.

What areas do you cover?
Morristown and the surrounding counties — Hamblen, Jefferson, Grainger, Hawkins and Cocke — and west through to Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, Oak Ridge, Clinton, Lenoir City and Sevier County. If your town is not on our service area list and you are nearby, ring and ask. We will give you a straight answer rather than take the job and let you down.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed and insured in Tennessee for plumbing, heating and cooling, electrical and gas. We can provide a certificate of insurance for builders and property managers on request.
Do you do all four trades yourselves, or do you sub them out?
All four are in-house. On a remodel, an addition or a new build that touches plumbing, heating and cooling, electrical and gas, that is one contractor to schedule and one company to hold responsible instead of three or four.
Do you work on septic systems?
Yes. Septic is a big part of rural East Tennessee and a lot of shops will not touch it. New systems are quoted from the issued permit design rather than a guess, because the permit sets the drain field length and the tank size.
Do you offer a warranty?
Our workmanship is warranted for one year and it is written on the paperwork, not just said at the kitchen table. Manufacturer warranties on equipment are separate and we will tell you what they are.
Can you work with builders on new construction?
Yes, and it is about half of what we do. Plumbing is priced per fixture with the permit included, so you can price a house off the plan without waiting for a site visit. Gas piping is in-house, and water and sewer runs are priced by the foot so the number is transparent.
