Had a main line break water more than tripped and since I used them before for something else I used them again. Main line all lines under our old house and new lines inside. Fair price given up front and a good crew, polite and triple checked their work with me. If anyone needs a plumber then give them a call and have them out to check. Ronnie is very professional.

What areas do you cover?
Morristown and the surrounding counties — Hamblen, Jefferson, Grainger, Hawkins and Cocke. If your town is not on our service area list and you are nearby, ring and ask. We will give you a straight answer rather than take the job and let you down.
How do you price work?
You get one firm number for the work described. Not a range, not a 'starting at', and not three tiers arranged so the middle one looks sensible. We look at the job first, tell you what it costs, and that is the price. Anything genuinely unknowable until we open something up gets said out loud before we start.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. You can pay your invoice over time with Affirm, with rates as low as 0% APR for eligible customers. When the job is done, choose 'Pay over time with Affirm' on the invoice and Affirm shows you the monthly options you qualify for before you commit. The price for the job is the same either way.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes — licensed and insured in Tennessee for plumbing and gas. We can provide a certificate of insurance for builders and property managers on request.
Do you do the gas piping yourselves, or do you sub it out?
Gas is in-house. On a range, a dryer, a tankless heater or gas logs, the plumbing company usually subs the gas out and you wait on somebody else's schedule. We run it ourselves, size it for the whole load, pressure test it and get it inspected.
Do you offer a warranty?
Our workmanship is warranted for one year and it is written on the paperwork, not just said at the kitchen table. Manufacturer warranties on water heaters and other equipment are separate and we will tell you what they are.
Can you work with builders on new construction?
Yes, and it is about half of what we do. Plumbing is priced per fixture with the permit included, so you can price a house off the plan without waiting for a site visit. Gas piping is in-house, and water and sewer runs are priced by the foot so the number is transparent.
