Drain Cleaning in Alcoa, TN

Slow drains, backed-up sinks, and main lines that will not clear.

(423) 923-5039Answered 24/7 — no waiting till Monday.

We cover drain cleaning throughout Alcoa and the rest of Blount County. We work the Knoxville side constantly, so Alcoa is a regular stop rather than an out-of-area trip.

Homes here are generally on city sewer, so a whole-house backup usually points at the main line — roots, a collapse, or a belly in the pipe. A camera down the line answers that quickly and stops you paying to clear the same clog twice.

Compact and quick to move around, with a lot of mid-century housing.

What the job involves

  • Cabling and jetting, depending on what is actually in the line
  • Camera inspection when a drain keeps coming back, so you stop paying to clear the same clog
  • Root intrusion and collapsed line diagnosis

Signs it is time to call

  • More than one fixture backing up at once -- that points at the main, not the fixture
  • Gurgling from a tub or toilet when the washer drains
  • A drain that clears then blocks again within weeks

One firm price

Your estimate in Alcoa is a single firm number for the work described. Not a range, not a “starting at”, and not a good-better-best menu. We look at the job, tell you what it costs, and that is what it costs.

And we answer the phone

Nearly every shop around here closes at five and sends you to voicemail until Monday. Call us at any hour and your call gets answered — we take your details and get straight back to you. For anything urgent in Alcoa, that is the difference that matters.

Drain Cleaning in Alcoa — common questions

The same drain keeps blocking. Why?

Because clearing a clog is not the same as fixing the cause. A drain that clears and blocks again within weeks usually has roots, a belly in the pipe or a partial collapse. A camera down the line answers it in minutes and stops you paying to clear the same clog over and over.

More than one fixture is backing up at once. Is that different?

Yes, and it matters. One slow fixture is usually that fixture. Several at once points at the main line — or, if you are on septic, at the tank or the drain field. Those are very different jobs, so we establish which before anyone starts cabling.

    Reasonable price

Had a main line break water more than tripped and since I used them before for something else I used them again. Main line all lines under our old house and new lines inside. Fair price given up front and a good crew, polite and triple checked their work with me. If anyone needs a plumber then give them a call and have them out to check. Ronnie is very professional.

Very responsive and clear communicators. Ronnie worked with me on a septic to sewer project. His resources and connections all panned out making it roll more smoothly. High Level is now my go-to company for my properties.
